Security is vital in today’s marketplace. At Benefit Concepts, we realize the importance of making sure all information is protected adequately. You can be assured that all client and participant information is secure and all HIPAA privacy laws are followed.

Our websites are encrypted using SSL technology. All data transferred on the Internet is encrypted using either our ZixCorp device for email and SFTP or FTP with PGP for file transfers. Security Groups are used with all programs to lock down access. All paper is locked in shredding bins and then shredded onsite by our shredding vendor. We use a TriGeo device to monitor all servers and devices and alerts are sent to the appropriate personnel. All of our policies are posted on the Intranet. Employees on an annual basis take security awareness training. Our buildings are locked at all times and visitors must sign in and be escorted.
