Benefit Concepts offers Life cycle processing. We manage the entire process from new hire through COBRA and everything in between.

FSA participants can:

• Submit claims online, including uploading substantiation
• View actual claim and substantiation
• Access Account Information: annual election, YTD contribution, YTD disbursements, and available funds
• Access Claim Submission History: all claims, denied, approved, not reviewed
• Access Account Balances: funds available, pending payments, total disbursements and approved claims
• View Account effective date, end date, election amount, per pay contribution, deposit amount
• View banking details
• Edit email / personal information
• Change password
• View method of reimbursement (web, paper, Stored Value Card)
• View Claim run-off date / grace period date (if applicable)
