Benefit Concepts is a leading provider of benefit administration outsourcing services in the U.S. We are currently seeking a National Accounts Sales Representative for the Midwest region.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual who can drive sales of benefit administration outsourcing solutions. Your time will be split 50/50. You will prospect for new business, schedule appointments, meet face-to-face with potential clients and manage the sale to closure. You will also schedule appointments, meet face-to-face and cultivate relationships with consultants and brokers who service human resource departments. It is important that all candidates possess the ability to work independently.
The qualified candidate will possess a BS/BA degree with 3-5 years of documented sales achievement. Must possess good listening and communication skills, as well as good relationship-building skills. Must be a quick learner and computer literate.
Your base of operations will be your home office. This is a base salary position paying high commissions generated from closed business only. Six-figure income is realistic for the right individual. You will be provided training, sales materials and assistance during the sales cycle. Some travel will be required.
