Software Developer
Benefit Concepts is seeking a highly motivated individual to join the software development team in its Toledo Ohio Office and work with a diverse set of highly qualified individuals. The right candidate will be maintaining and implementing solutions primarily using technologies such as C#.NET 3.5, ASP.NET 3.5 and Microsoft SQL Server 2008. The ideal candidate is one who enjoys reading and learning new technologies and a self starter who can develop creative solutions to solve complex business problems. This position provides an opportunity for the person to work in all phases of the software development life cycle.
Customer Service Representative
The purpose of this position is to provide customer service assistance to all participants of Benefit Concepts, Inc. in a professional, accurate, timely manner.
Assistant Benefits Administrator
The position of Assistant Benefits Administrator involves assisting in the administration of COBRA for assigned clients.
Implementation Analyst
The Implementation Analyst is responsible for the implementation of any client change including new client acquisitions, new plan year Annual Enrollments and client modifications and enhancements requested throughout the plan year. The Implementation Analyst is the primary point of contact for clients and internal parties at BCI.
